Why we use Flat Fee Billing
- Minimize risks. As entrepreneurs, we are familiar with the importance of minimizing risks. This is why we charge for consulting services on a flat fee basis. When you work with us, there is no suspense and no ugly surprises.
Our fees are simple. You have two options. You can choose between a flat fee monthly retainer and a flat fee per project. Exceptions are made for large business entities on a very limited basis. The same way that many lawyers focus on prevention, we focus on comprehensive access to us.
- Create a Relationship. A good relationship with a consultant should be ongoing. Frequent contact between the consultant and the law firm is generally required to truly get the benefits of working together. It should not be limited and stunted by the billable hour rate the consultant charges. If you’ve got a question, we want you to contact us. We don’t want you to think twice about picking up the phone worried about the ultimate cost of your call. That goes completely against what we stand for as part of your team dedicated to your success.
We are with you for the long term and consider ourselves an integral part of your team. We work with you and your staff as an essential part of your business development and attraction strategy.
- Put the control in your hands. Our monthly retainer options range from routine calls and emails only and any additional work billed on an hourly or flat fee basis to assessment and implementation required throughout a month. The fee you pay reflects the amount of service you require on a monthly basis.
- Give Value. When you choose to work with us on a monthly retainer basis, you receive 20% discount from what you would pay for regular hourly services. You are also able to cancel your monthly retainer relationship at any time. Our monthly retainer fees range from $595 for the most basic service to $10,000 for the most comprehensive.
