Use of Information

We absolutely hate spam.  So you can rest assured, that we will not use the information you provide us to spam you or sell it to someone else to send you spam either.
It can be used to contact you regarding updates of information on our site, advice or recommendations related to self improvement, business development, and work life balance or reviews of different related products we try personally.

Newsletter and/or Emails

If you want to remove yourself from our newsletter or blog and not receive any further emails from us, you can do so by following the instructions posted at the bottom of any email you receive from us.

Surveys and Polls
We may run surveys and polls on our site to find out what our visitors are most interested in reading about.  We use this information to increase or improve the material posted on our site.

How we gather information from users

We use cookies to improve our website and make it a more useful and enjoyable place for our visitors.  We primarily use Google Analytics to improve our site and we do not collect any personally identifiable information.   Using this service, we adhere to very strict terms of service that Google has outlined.

We use this information to customize our site and include or increase the material you as a visitor are looking for, improve our products or services, and create a better online experience for you.  No personally identifiable information is collected through cookies.

Most web browsers automatically accept cookies but you can modify security settings so that you can approve or reject cookies on a case by case basis.  Our site requires that cookies be enabled. If you reject cookies from our site, some or all parts of the site may not display on your screen.

Such activities are beyond the control of Time for Life, LLC and this policy.

Children

Time for Life, LLC does not knowingly collect or solicit Personally Identifiable Information from or about children under 13 except as permitted by law. If we discover we have received any information from a child under 13 in violation of this policy, we will delete that information immediately. Time for Life, LLC reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of our site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes. Security
We take all reasonable precautions to protect your personal and financial information online.  Our site’s shopping cart includes a standard protocol Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate to protect our customers’ information while shopping online. The SSL encrypts the customer’s name, credit card info, and address a few times while moving the information from your computer to our server. This is done by the SSL technology in efforts to protect you from identity theft or any other related risk.

Confidentiality: Any and all communications between us, including the existence of our relationship, are entirely confidential and will never be disclosed without your express authorization.

Governing law

This policy and the use of this site are governed by Florida law. This statement and the policies outlined herein are not intended to and do not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party.
